5) Order Authorisation, Capture & Invoicing

  2. Dispatch confirmation email including tracking details

7) Refunds & Returns

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy and UK consumer law.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
  • Banks may take an additional 3–5 working days to post funds.

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you notice an unfamiliar or incorrect charge:

If you select Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal Pay in 3, or any BNPL method:

  • Your financing agreement is directly with that provider.
  • Their terms, interest rates, credit checks, and policies apply.

  • cancel/refund orders affected by material pricing errors.
