1) Is Shipping Free?
Yes — standard tracked UK delivery is FREE (£0) on all orders placed through our Website.
There are no hidden fees.
2) Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
3) Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard UK Delivery: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Peak shopping periods (Christmas, sales, etc.)
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Courier delays
If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.
4) Order Tracking
All orders ship with full tracking.
Your dispatch email will include:
- The courier’s name
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track the parcel in real-time
You can also contact us if you lose your tracking link.
5) Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your delivery address:
- Before dispatch: We will modify it if possible.
- After dispatch: Changes are normally not possible.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery fees may apply.
6) Missed Deliveries & Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the courier could not deliver it (missed attempts, incorrect address, uncollected parcel, etc.):
- We can re-send it once it returns to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery charges may apply.
7) International Deliveries
If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact us first:

Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
8) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

- Photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement, missing item sent, or refund depending on the case).
9) Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately.
Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
10) Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will appear on the product page or during checkout.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as the item is shipped.
11) Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most items.
Return shipping is FREE
We provide a pre-paid trackable return label (Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel or similar).
No restocking fees apply.
Refund timelines
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
- Your bank may take 3–5 working days to display the refund.
This 30-day policy is in addition to your UK statutory 14-day right to cancel.
How to return an item
- Email contact@amy-edwards-home.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive your RMA number, prepaid label, and instructions.
- Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging).
- Drop it off with the carrier.
- Refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we will prioritise:
- sending a replacement,
- sending replacement parts, or
- issuing a refund (we may not require a return).
