1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is free and typically takes:

  • 5–8 working days after dispatch.

Delays may occur during peak periods (holidays, sales, courier delays).


3. Is shipping really free?

Yes. We offer free, tracked UK delivery on all orders—no minimum spend required.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you:

  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your parcel in real time

5. Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update the address.

If the parcel has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.


6. What should I do if my parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check with neighbours or safe places
  • Verify your address on the order
  • Contact the courier
  • Email us at contact@amy-edwards-home.co.uk so we can help investigate

We will assist you until the issue is resolved.


7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer:

  • 30-day return window for most items
  • Free return shipping with a pre-paid label
  • Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving your return

9. How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at returns@amy-edwards-home.co.uk.
  2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
  3. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off.
  5. Refund processed within 7 days after inspection.

10. My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Attach photos or videos of the issue

We’ll send replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.


11. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it immediately.

If it has already been dispatched, you can still return it within 30 days.
