This Wholesale Policy outlines the requirements, pricing, minimums, ordering processes, shipping rules, and responsibilities for approved wholesale buyers (“you”, “the retailer”).

These policies apply exclusively to B2B customers approved by Amy Edwards Home Ltd.

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Accounts

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

✔ Be a registered business, reseller, shop, or online retailer

✔ Provide a valid business registration number (UK or international)

✔ Provide a resale certificate (if applicable)

✔ Agree to our Wholesale Terms & Conditions, Wholesale Policy, and MAP Policy (if applicable)

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

To access wholesale pricing:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Initial order minimum: £300 (excluding VAT)
• Reorder minimum: £150 (excluding VAT)

Some items may have individual MOQs, especially furniture or large decor pieces.

3. Wholesale Pricing

• All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are provided after your wholesale account is approved.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier or market fluctuations.

Discount tiers may be applied depending on order value:

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

✔ Bank transfer

✔ Debit/credit cards

✔ PayPal (fees may apply)

✔ Klarna / Clearpay (on request)

Payment requirements:

• All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• Credit terms (Net 15 / Net 30) may be offered to established accounts after review.
• Orders will not be shipped until payment clears.

5. Order Processing & Lead Times

Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

Large/bulk orders: 5–10 business days

Made-to-order or special-order products may require additional production time. Retailers will be informed before confirming the order.

6. Shipping & Freight

Wholesale orders are shipped via:

• DPD Local
• DHL
• UPS
• Palletways (for furniture and large items)

Shipping costs:

• Shipping is calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders.

Freight damage:

Retailer must inspect pallets/boxes upon delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s paperwork.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Wholesale Orders)

Wholesale returns differ from retail customer returns.

Accepted returns (wholesale):

• Wrong items shipped
• Manufacturing defects
• Items damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours)

Not accepted:

• Change of mind
• Overstock
• Unsold inventory
• Items damaged after delivery

Refund details:

• Refunds or replacements will be issued only after inspection and approval.
• Defective items may be replaced rather than refunded, depending on stock availability.

8. Resale & Branding Rules

Wholesale customers may:

✔ Resell items under their own brand/store

✔ Sell on their website, marketplace, or physical shop

Wholesale customers may not:

❌ Claim to be “Amy Edwards Home”, “Official Store”, or use our brand identity

❌ Use our photography without permission (unless granted)

❌ Misrepresent product origin, materials, or description

If you need image licences for resale, we can provide a content kit on request.

9. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy

(Optional)

To protect brand value, we may require that products are not advertised below the MSRP provided in the wholesale price list.

Retailers may sell products at any price they choose, but public advertised prices must respect MAP.

We enforce MAP to prevent unfair competition.

10. Dropshipping (If Available)

We may offer dropshipping on selected product lines.

Dropshipping retailers must agree to:

✔ Provide accurate customer details

✔ Comply with UK consumer rights

✔ Not use misleading advertising

✔ Not violate MAP pricing

Dropshipping fees may apply depending on the catalogue.

11. Termination of Wholesale Account

We reserve the right to revoke wholesale access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment disputes occur
• Fraud or misuse is detected
• MAP violations persist
• Retailer becomes inactive for 6+ months

Wholesale account closure does not affect past transactions or legal obligations.
